Tradition in the Tropics | Keren + Adam

This gorgeous wedding was all about the blushing bride or rather the bride in blush.

As a Jewish couple, these two knew that tradition was going to be an important element of their wedding, however, after teaming up with Moana Events, they realized that they could give their wedding a new spin by adding in a few modern elements. The first change was the dress. Keren has always been a bit spunky and definitely loves a little sparkle and so when she went shopping she looked for a dress to match. Her choice of a blush tulle gown with gold and silver sequins suited her perfectly.

Taking inspiration from her beautiful gown, Keren and the Moana Events team went ahead and planned a wedding centered around soft blush, white, and metallic colors. The ceremony was elegant and featured a fabulous arch framed with white roses, hydrangea, and fresh greenery. After the customary breaking of the glass and signing of the Ketubah (a Jewish wedding contract) the wedding party progressed to the reception.

There, guests found a marvelous white canopy with a translucent ceiling and lengths of sheer white drapes. Over each table hung crystal chandeliers that illuminated the space in conjunction with glamorous table candles atop crystal and mercury glass candlesticks. Tables wore blush linens and were decorated with white and pink floral centerpieces that featured birch bark vases. These added a bit of nature in contrast with the sparkle of the gleaming silver flatware. As the night came to a close the newly weds were invited to cut their cake, a three tiered masterpiece decorated with edible blush roses and soft pink peonies.
